According to hgh.org, bussiness law is the transaction between businesses. Which includes things such as business formation, litigation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and consumer protection. A few principles can be explained here. I would like to learn how business law effects the ecomony as well as the public, I would also like to know what kind of stuff the people involved in business law have to deal with, such as processes, etc.
